Signalment: 4-year-old female spayed Golden Retriever.
Diagnosis: Left hindlimb lameness, diagnosed as a complete Cranial Cruciate Ligament tear via positive cranial drawer and tibial thrust.
Procedure: A Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) was performed using a 3.5mm titanium locking plate.
Outcome: Bella showed progressive weight-bearing within 48 hours. At her 8-week post-operative recheck, radiographs confirmed excellent healing of the osteotomy. She has since made a full return to normal activity.
